The Moment
Just finished my bachelor's in the Netherlands, back in Luxembourg, feeling stuck. One evening scroll through LinkedIn: "Relocation to Greece - Inbound Sales." The thought wouldn't leave me alone.
The Decision
24 hours later: applied, interviewed, got the contract, said yes. Moving to a country I'd never visited, a language I didn't speak, a culture I knew nothing about. Just knew it was warm and people loved it.
The Leap
The real fear wasn't even the move, it was telling my parents. But I realised something: I already knew what I wanted to do. I just needed the courage to do it. Most "risks" aren't really risks when you're young with a safety net. If it failed, I could always move back.
The Documentation
Created a 12-part YouTube series documenting the real-time experience. Every day for the first week, then weekly/monthly insights. Raw, unfiltered content about building a new life from scratch.
The Impact
This move led directly to my first sales role, BDR at Prewave, which brought me to Vienna, which shaped everything I do now. Without that spontaneous "f*ck it, let's go" moment, none of this exists.
The Lesson
Most people don't take risks because of fear, not because the risks are actually dangerous. When you have no dependents and a safety net, the biggest risk is staying comfortable and never trying.
