Hi, I'm Diogo!
I'm a on a mission to become the 1% version of myself and I'm sharing every lesson I learn along the way.
4 years ago, I was building my own brands and running multiple projects. I thought I had it figured out, but I was scattered. jumping between projects without real systems or sustainable growth.
Then I decided to move to Greece for my first sales role. I went from entrepreneur to entry-level BDR, learning that all my creative projects meant nothing if I couldn't actually sell or communicate value effectively.
I got obsessed with understanding what actually drives results. I started building systems for everything, my mindset, my sales process, my daily routines. I stopped comparing myself to others and focused on becoming my 1% version.
Now I'm a BDR targeting the biggest accounts, I write the 1% Journey newsletter focusing on Mindset, Sales, Systems for ambitious people who want to stop spinning their wheels, and I help others build the same mindset and systems that transformed my approach to everything.
Everything I share comes from real experience, the projects that failed, the mindset shifts that worked, and the daily practices that compound into long-term success.
